Satsuki Achiwa

A highly skilled karuta player and the founder of the Satsuki-Ka. She lent her name to the Satsuki Cup, a major championship tournament that crowns the winner of Japan's Hyakunin Isshu. She was also married to Kensuke Achiwa. She died from an Incurable illness two years prior to the events of film.
