Koby is a teenager who has recently transferred to the New World Academy. Fed up with his former upperclassman Alvida's dealings, Koby is willing to make one hundred friends at his new school. It is not long until he meets a boy made of rubber named Monkey D. Luffy, with whom he becomes inseparable in a matter of minutes. Under the guidance of their apathetic teacher, Koby and Luffy are bound to have eventful lives and interact with their eccentric classmates.
